The My Bookings screen is actually shared between all the Booking modules within your site. From here a member has access to all the Bookings and or Reservations they have upcoming. Depending on the type of Booking/Reservation, your members will be able to complete an Update or Cancellation from the My Bookings Screen. When a member navigates to the My Booking tab from one of the modules for the first time, they will be able to view only the Bookings/Reservations corresponding to that module. By adjusting the Displayed Bookings filter, member's will be able to see their Bookings/Reservations from other modules.




Each Booking/Reservation can be distingushed in the following ways:
Tee Time Booking
Dining Reservation
Court Booking 
Event Registration

Sync My Bookings to a Calendar

Utilizing the Sync button in the top right corner of the My Bookings screen, will allow your members to synchronize all of their Bookings/Reserverations to their personal Calendar. To synchronize with their personal calendars, they will need to follow these steps:

  1. From the My Booking Screen, click on the Displayed Bookings filter and select the modules they wish to synchronize.
  2. Click on the Sync button in the top right corner.
  1. Choose either the Download .ics File or Receive .ics via email option.

Note: The Download .ics File may not be compatible with all mobile devices. If you are experiencing issues please opt to receive an e-mail with the .ics file instead.

  1. If you have chosen to Receive the.ics file via email, enter in the email address you would like it to be sent to.
  2. Select the amount of months you wish to synchronize between:
    • Current Month
    • 3 Months
    • 6 Months
    • 12 Months

Once you have selected the amount of months, the .ics file will either be downloaded to your computer/device or e-mailed to the address you specified.

Print My Bookings

From the My Bookings screen your members have the ability to Print their Bookings/Reservations. Clicking on the Print button from the My Booking screen, will utilize your browsers print management system in order to print your Bookings/Registrations.

Update/Cancel My Bookings

Depending on the type of reservation they have, your members may be able to update or cancel their Bookings/Reservations.

Tee Time Reservations

Update a Tee Time Reservation

Any Reservation or Request completed by a member can be edited via the My Bookings screen. In order to edit your Reservation/Request you will need to follow these steps

  1. From the My Booking screen, click on the Edit Booking button to the right of the Reservation or Request.
  2. This will open the Book Tee Times to edit your Reservation, or the Make Request page to edit your Request.
  3. From this window, the following updates can be made:
    • Change Booking Time
    • Change # of Holes
    • Change Rental Clubs
    • Updating the Players in the booking:
      • Add Players
      • Remove Players(including yourself)
      • Update Player information
  1. Once you are satisfied with the changes, click on the Update Booking button to confirm the changes.

After you have clicked on Update Booking, the Booking Confirmation window will be displayed with the updates you made. An Email Notification will be sent to all of the players in the booking advising of the updates that were made. Once you you close the Booking Confirmation window, you will brought back to the My Bookings screen where you updated booking will be displayed.

Note: When editing a tee time request, the member has the additional ability to edit their earliest and latest acceptable tee time reservation and to edit their wait list option. For more information please review section Making a Tee Time Request.

Cancel a Tee Time Reservation

In order to Cancel a TeeTime Reservation/Request you will need to follow these steps:

  1. From the My Booking screen, click on the Delete button next to your TeeTime Reservation/Request.
  2. This will display a confirmation prompt to confirm the cancellation which you will click Yes.
  1. Once you have clicked Yes to the confirmation prompt, the My Bookings screen will refresh and your reservation will be removed.

An Email Confirmation will be sent to all the players advising them of the cancelled Booking.

Dining Reservations

Edit Dining Reservation

Dining Reservations cannot be updated online at this time. All updates can be completed within Activity Management/Encore or the member can cancel their reservation and attempt to book again.

Delete a Dining Reservation

In order to Cancel a Dining Reservation you will need to follow these steps:

  1. From the My Booking screen, click on the Cancel button next to your Dining Reservation.
  2. This will display a confirmation prompt to confirm the cancellation which you will click Yes.
  1. Once you have clicked Yes to the confirmation prompt, the My Bookings screen will refresh and your reservation will be removed.

An Email Confirmation will be sent to the owner of the booking advising them of the cancelled Reservation

Court Reservations

Edit a Court Reservation

In order to Update your Court Reservation you will need to follow these steps:

  1. From the My Bookings screen, click on the Update Reg button
  2. This will bring you to Court Booking screen
  3. From here you can update the following information:
    • Time of the booking
    • Number of Players
    • Rental options
    • Players
  1. Once you are satisfied with the changes made, click on Update Booking to confirm your changes.

The Booking Confirmation window will be displayed with new details of your booking. A Email Notification will be sent to the players of the booking updating them with the new details. Closing the Booking Confirmation window will bring the user back to the My Bookings screen.

Delete a Court Reservation

If you wish to Cancel a Court Booking, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. From the My Booking screen, click on the Delete button next to your Court Booking.
  2. This will display a confirmation prompt to confirm the cancellation which you will click Yes.
  1. Once you have clicked Yes to the confirmation prompt, the My Bookings screen will refresh and your booking will be removed. An Email Confirmation will be sent to all the players advising them of the cancelled booking.

Event Registrations

Edit an Event Registration

In order to update your Event Registration you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. From the My Bookings screen, click on the Update Reg button to edit your Reservation.
  2. From the Update Booking window you will be able to update the following information:
    • Add Registrants
    • Remove Registrants(Including yourself)
    • # of Registrants(If Quick or Hybrid Registration)
    • Individual/Booking Question responses(If applicable)
    • Booking Notes
  1. Once you are satisfied with the changes made, click on Update Reg to confirm the changes.

Once you have click on Update Reg you will be brought back to the My Booking screen and your updated Reservation will be displayed. An Email Notification will be sent to all the registrants advising them of the updates to the Registration.

Delete an Event Registration

If you wish to Cancel an Event Registration, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. From the My Booking screen, click on the Cancel button next to your Event Registration.
  2. This will display a confirmation prompt to confirm the cancellation which you will click Yes.
  1. Once you have clicked Yes to the confirmation prompt, the My Bookings screen will refresh and your booking will be removed. An

Email Notification will be sent out to all the registrants advising them of the cancelled of the Registration.
