Page Type - Directory

The Responsive Directory and Non-Responsive Club Directory page types allow a club to generate an organized, aesthetically pleasing page of contacts can be used to display your staff members, organized by department. 

Please select the Page Type instructions based on your website's design type:

Creating a Responsive Directory

  1. On the Content Tree select where you would like the Directory page to appear on your website
  2. Click on the New(+) button located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. Select the Responsive Directory page type
  1. Enter the name of the page that will appear on the navigation
  2. Click Save

Creating a Directory Category

  1. Select the Directory page on the Content Tree
  2. Click on the New(+) button located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. Select Responsive Directory Category
  1. Enter the Department Name
  2. Click on Save or Save and Create Another if you wish to create additional departments

Creating a Directory Entry

  1. Select the appropriate Directory Category page on the Content Tree
  2. Click on the New(+) button located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. Select Responsive Directory Entry
  1. Enter the individual's information into the fields provided (only the Name field is required; all other fields are optional)
  2. Once you are satisfied with the details click on Save or Save and Create Another if you wish to create additional directory entires

Editing a Directory, Department or Entry

  1. Select the Directory or Department or Entry from the Content Tree that you wish to edit
  2. Click on the Form tab
  3. Complete the desired changes
  4. Click on the Save button

Note: There is an editable content box on the Page tab of the Directory page that displays above the Directory List which can be utilized to add the title of the page, text, images, hyperlinks, etc.


 

Deleting a Directory, Department or Entry

  1. Select the Directory or Department or Entry from the Content Tree that needs to be deleted
  2. Click on the Delete (trash can) icon located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. You will be asked: Are you sure you want to delete the selected page?
  4. Leave the check boxes empty and click on Yes to delete the selected page

Creating a Club Directory

  1. On the Content Tree select where you would like the Club Directory page to appear on your website
  2. Click on the New(+) button located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. Select the Club Directory page type

  1. Enter the name of the page that will appear on the navigation
  2. Click Save

Creating a Club Department

  1. Select the  Club Directory page on the Content Tree
  2. Click on the New(+) button located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. Select Club Department

  1. Enter in the Department Name
  2. Click on Save or Save and Create Another if you wish to create additional departments

Creating a Club Personnel

  1. Select the appropriate Club Department page on the Content Tree
  2. Click on the New(+) button located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. Select Club Personnel


 

  1. Enter the individual's information into the fields provided (only the Name and order fields are required; all other fields are optional)
  2. Once you are satisfied with the details click on Save or Save and Create Another if you wish to create additional directory entires

Editing a Department or Personnel

  1. Select the Department or Personnel from the Content Tree that you wish to edit
  2. Click on the Form tab
  3. Complete the desired changes
  4. Click on the Save button

Deleting a Club Directory, Department or Personnel

  1. Select the Club Directory or Department or Personnel from the Content Tree that needs to be deleted
  2. Click on the Delete (trash can) icon located at the top of the Content Tree

  4. Leave the check boxes empty and click on Yes to delete the selected page
