Page Type - Golf Scorecard

The Responsive Golf Scorecard and Non-Responsive Golf Scorecard page types are interactive and allow a club to easily create an organized table with the scorecard details for each hole. When a user clicks on a hole number the description details and a photo (optional) will be displayed. Once the user is on the hole number they have the option of clicking on the next or previous hole details or going back to the scorecard.

Please select the Page Type instructions based on your website's design type:

Creating a Responsive Golf Scorecard

  1. On the Content Tree select where you would like the Golf Scorecard page to appear on your website
  2. Click on the New(+) button located above the Content Tree
  3. Select the Responsive Golf Scorecard page type
  1. Enter the Course Name that will appear on the navigation
  2. Enter the course details
  3. If you want to enable more tees, ensure the Display Tee # field is set to Yes
  4. Click Save

Note: Fields denoted with a * are mandatory to be filled in before the Golf Scorecard page can be saved. All other fields are optional.

Creating a Golf Scorecard Hole (Individual Hole Numbers)

  1. Select the Golf Scorecard page on the Content Tree
  2. Click New(+) button located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. Select Responsive Golf Scorecard Hole
  1. Enter the Hole Name that will appear on the Golf Scorecard
  2. Enter the hole details
  3. Once you are satisfied with the details click on Save or Save and Create Another if you wish to create additional holes

Note: Fields denoted with a * are mandatory to be filled in before the Golf Scorecard Hole page can be saved. All other fields are optional. To insert an image of the hole click on the Page tab and then click on Alternative Image. The image dimensions should be exactly the same as your banner image or at least 1900px wide x400px tall.

Adding an Image for the Golf Scorecard or Golf Scorecard Hole using Alternative Image

  1. Select the Golf Scorecard or Golf Scorecard Hole page on the Content Tree
  2. In the Page tab, click on the AlternativeImage blue Webpart
  3. Click on the Select button to choose a banner image; this will take you into the Media Libraries where you can select your image


From the Select File window

  1. Select the Media Libraries tab
  2. Select the image
    • If the image is not in your Media Libraries: click the Upload button; from the Windows Explorer window of your computer locate the image and click the Open button
    • If the image is in your Media Libraries, click on the image that you would like to use
  3. Click on the Select button to use this file as the new banner image. This will bring you back to the AlternativeImage blue webpart
  4. Click on the Save button to save your change (remember to view a newly updated AlternativeImage you need to switch to Preview mode after saving)

Editing a Golf Scorecard or Golf Scorecard Hole

  1. Select the Golf Scorecard or Golf Scorecard Hole from the Content Tree that you wish to edit
  2. Click on the Form tab
  3. Complete the desired changes
  4. Click on the Save button  

Note: There are two editable content boxes on the Page tab of the Golf Scorecard page that display above and below the Golf Scorecard which can be utilized to add the title of the page, text, images, hyperlinks, etc.


 

Deleting a Golf Scorecard or Golf Scorecard Hole

  1. Select the Golf Scorecard or Golf Scorecard Hole from the Content Tree that needs to be deleted
  2. Click on the Delete (trash can) icon located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. You will be asked: Are you sure you want to delete the selected page?
  4. Leave the check boxes empty and click on Yes to delete the selected page

Creating a Golf Scorecard

  1. On the Content Tree select where you would like the Golf Scorecard page to appear on your website
  2. Click on the New (+) button located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. Select the Golf Scorecard page type

  1. Enter the Course Name that will appear on the navigation
  2. Enter the course details
  3. If you want to enable more tees, ensure the Display Tee # field is set to Yes
  4. Click Save

Creating a Golf Scorecard Details (Individual Hole Numbers)

  1. Select the Golf Scorecard page on the Content Tree
  2. Click on the New(+) button located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. Select Golf Scorecard Details - Enhanced SC

  1. Enter the Hole Name that will appear on the Golf Scorecard
  2. Enter the hole details
    • It is optional to add an image with a maximum width of 550px
  3. Once you are satisfied with the details click on Save or Save and Create Another if you wish to create additional holes

Note: Fields denoted with a * are mandatory to be filled in before the Golf Scorecard Details page can be saved. All other fields are optional.

Editing a Golf Scorecard or Golf Scorecard Details

  1. Select the Golf Scorecard or Golf Scorecard Details from the Content Tree that you wish to edit
  2. Click on the Form tab
