JCM Online Ordering Queue
The Ordering Queue allows for orders placed online to be held for staff modification and or approval. A user within JCM will have the authority to review the order, modify it, add additional notes or send it to the Kitchen to be prepared. To access the Online Ordering queue you will need to navigate to the following menus within JCM:
Point of Sale -> Chit Processing -> Online Ordering Queue
Encore Online Ordering Queue

When an order has been prepared and is ready, notifications can be sent to the member. To access the Online Ordering queue you will need to navigate to the following menus within Encore:
Point of Sale -> Tasks -> Online Ordering Queue
