How to Delete a User

Deleting a user account does not remove a member from the Roster. It will only prevent them from logging into the website and accessing authenticated content or member-only modules. To delete a user account:

1. Enter the search criteria in the User search field provided
   • Search criteria is based on entering in the User name, Full Name, Email Address or Member Number
2. Click Search
3. Click on the Trash Bin icon next to their Username - a pop up will appear confirming the username that you would like to delete
4. Click OK to to complete the user deletion (or click Cancel if you selected the wrong user to delete)
