Viewing the Online Roster
Roster List
The
Roster List is displays a rolling database of all the members currently active in a club. Each entry within the Roster List will potentially display a
Member Photo, Member Name,
Primary Phone Number and
Primary Email.
Roster Profile
The
Roster Profile is where a member is able to see all of the information that is attached to their member account. From here a member can can either edit their personal information or choose which information is displayed in the Roster to other members. The Roster Profile will displaythe following member information:
Member Photo
The member's photo can be displayed in both
Roster List and their
Roster Profile. This photo can be sourced from either the club's A/R system or can be uploaded by the member directly, depending on the options set by website Administrator.
If the member has the ability to upload their own photo, they will need to ensrue that the image file adheres to the following guidelines:
- Image Height: 150px
- Image Width: 150px
- Image Size: 1 Mb or less
- File Type: .jpg
Primary Contact
If a website Administrator has chosen to allow this information to display, the Primary Contact area of the Roster Profile will consist of a designated Email and Phone Number. This information will be visible on the Roster List as well as in the members Roster Profile. The phone numbers and email addresses available for display in the Primary Contact area are sourced from the Addresses and Emails that have been made visible in the member's Roster Profile.
Personal Info
The Personal Info area of the Roster Profile displays all non-contact related member information.
Information that can be displayed in this area includes:
- Profession
- Mobile Phone
- Gender
- Birth Year
- Date Joined
- Member Type/Dues class
- Title
- Suffix
Note: Not all of the aforementioned fields will be visible in the Roster Profiles for members as these are controlled by the site Administrator.
Relatives
Any Dependants that are connected to the member will be displayed in the relatives section.
Address Information
All Address Information for the member will displayed in this area.
Emails
The Emails section of the Roster Profile will display all emails that are attached to a member address.
One of the email addressess listed in this section, can also be display in the Primary Contact area of your Roster Profile. In order for the emails to be listed as choices in the Primary Contact area, they will need to have their visibility status set 'Show'. Any emails that have their visibility set to 'Hide' will not be availble in the Primary Contact area
Additional Information
The Additional Info area of the Roster profile contains any unique information for the member that is not associated with their Primary Contact or Personal information.
