How to Select a Campaign Template

  • Drag & Drop Editor
  • Smart Email Builder
  • Full Email Editor

Drag & Drop Editor

After selecting the Drag & Drop Editor you will need to select a Theme prior to editing the campaign itself. The sample Themes available are templated versions of a campaign which can be modified by removing or adding content blocks as is seen fit.

From this window you will have the option to choose from previously saved templates created within the Dran & Drop editor as well the option to start from a blank template in which you will be able to build the campaign without any pre-set content blocks.

Smart Email Builder

After starting the Smart Email Builder, you choose a smart template for your email design.

A smart template is a starting point for an email design because it provides a predefined layout, letting you focus on the content of your message instead of its structure. You simply customize the selected template for your message.

The Smart Email Builder lists the available templates in the left pane (the Categories pane). When you click a template name in the Categories pane, a preview opens for your review, as shown here:

Note: My Templates includes any templates that you created from email designs using the Save as Template tool.

To select a template, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. From the Categories pane, click the template name.
  2. Check the preview shown to ensure it's suitable for your email design.
  3. Click Choose Template.

This will bring you to the editor to build your campaign content.
