Configuring the Court Reservations TBD Settings
The Online TBD setting will allow your members to add an unnamed player to any of their bookings. For this feature to work, the 'Force Client Assign' feature must be disabled within Jonas Activity Management or Encore.
Note: If the 'Force Client Assign' option is enabled within Activity Management or Encore , then the Allow TBDs option is negated.
If you choose to Allow TBDs option online, you will also be able to define what label is displayed for TBD players.
Note: If the
Show Booking Detail is not enabled in the display settings then the label applied to TBD players will not be visible.
