How to Refresh the Online Web Cache

Any changes made to Menu Groups, Menu Group Items or Sales Items may not be immediately reflected Online as there is caching of information that lasts for approximately 30 minutes. In order have the changes made within the back-office reflected on the website immediately, you will need to Refresh the Web Cache. This will force the website to make a fresh request of all the Outlet information from the back-office including any changes that were recently made.

In order to Refresh the Web Cache you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Log into Clubhouse Online with Administrator credentials.
  2. Navigate to the following menu:
    • Company Management -> Company Syncrhronization
  3. Click on the Refresh Web Cache button.
