Jonas Club Management

Within Jonas Club Management, email notifications can be sent to club staff notifying them that an online order has been placed. Once this notification has been received, the staff member would be able to review orders received within the Online Ordering Queue and subsequently send them off to the Kitchen to be prepared.

In order to utilize this feature a couple of requirements must be completed first. Please review the Order Processing Options first by clicking on the button to the bottom right.

Order Emailed To

Email notifications to staff can be configured from the Order Emailed To option found in the Online Ordering Outlet Menu Setup.

  1. Navigate to the following menu within Jonas Club Management
    • Point of Sale System -> System Setup -> Setup Online Ordering Outlets
  2. Select the POS Online Ordering Outlet to edit.
  3. Click on Order Email To from the menu on the right.
  1. Enter in the Email Address you wish to have notified and check off the ACTIVE option.
  2. Once you are satisfied with the address(es) entered, click OK to save.

Jonas Encore

Within Jonas Encore, email notifications can be sent to club staff notifying them that an online order has been placed. Once this notification has been received, the staff member would be able to review orders received within the Online Ordering Queue and subsequently send them off to the Kitchen to be prepared.

Order Email Notifications

To utilize the Online Ordering Queue's Order Email Notifications for your internal staff, you will need to configure the email addresses of the staff members you wish to receive the notifications. These addresses can be configured per Outlet by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the following menu in Encore:
    • Point of Sale -> Setups -> Online Ordering
  2. Click on the Outlet you wish to edit.
  3. From the tabs below the Outlets, click on the Order Email Notifications tab.
  1. Under the Email column, click in an empty row to enter in an  Email Address.
  2. Click the Save button in the toolbar to save your changes.

To enter in additional email addresses click on an empty row under the last entry and repeat the aforementioned steps. To deactivate an entry, uncheck the active box next in the row of the e-mail you wish deactivate and click on Save. To remove an entry completely, right-click on the row and click the delete option and then click on Save.
