Roster Tab Label

When navigating to the Roster module, the name of of the module is dipslayed as 'Club Roster' by defualt. If you wish to have a different label displayed for the Roster module, it can be entered here.

Additional Info Tab

Within the Roster Profile, the area that contains all of the Custom Field information is labeled 'Additional Information' by default. If you wish to have a different label displayed for this area, it can be entered here.

Roster Photo

The Roster Photo setting determines which Member Photo options are available when they are editing and displaying their Roster Profile. The options that can be provided to them are:

  • None:  Photos will not be displayed anywhere in the roster.
  • Club Only: Photos stored in the Club Management System will be displayed online. Members cannot upload their own photo.
  • Allow Members to Upload Photos: Photos that are stored in the Club Management System will be displayed online, and members will have the ability to upload a new photo via the online roster. If this option is chosen, it is highly recommend to turn on roster approvals because when a new roster photo is added online, it will replace the existing Club Mangement System photo. This way the club can approve or decline the new photo before it is updated both in the online roster and in the Club Management System. If the club chooses to auto approve roster changes, roster photos will automatically be updated both in the online roster and in the Club Management System without administrator approval.
