Configuring Roster Filters

The Roster Filters dictate which members will be displayed in the Roster List based on their member status or Dues Class. The Member Roster Filters are seperated into two member types, Primary Members and Dependant Members. Administrators viewing the Roster List have their own set of Roster Filters available which are also seperated by Primary Members and Dependant Members.

Member Status filtering is primarily for clubs using the Jonas Management A/R system, while Dues Class filtering is primarily used by clubs using Club Select, Club Connect or Encore A/R systems. However, both types filters will work for all systems. For clubs utilizing the Jonas Management A/R system, the Dues Class online classification is referred to as 'Fee Billing' within they A/R system. 

Member Roster Filters

The Member Roster Fitlers will dictate which members will be displayed in the Roster List based on their Member Status or Dues Class. These filters will correspond to all users, except Administrators, that are viewing the Roster

Roster Status Filter

Checking off a status will prevent any member matching the selected status from being displayed in the Roster List

Roster Dues Class Filter: 

Checking off a Dues Class will prevent any member matching the selected Dues Class from showing up in the Roster List

Member Dependant Filters

The Member Dependant Filters will dictate which dependants will be displayed in the Roster List based on the Member Status or Dues Class of a Dependant. These filters will correspond to all users, except Administrators, that are viewing the Roster

Filter All Dependants

Checking off this option will prevent any member who is a dependant from being displayed in the Roster List

Dependent Status Filter

Checking off any of these statuses will prevent any member who is a dependant, that matches the selected status from being displayed in the Roster List

Edit Dependant Filter

Checking off any of theses statuses will prevent any member who is a dependant, that matches the selected status, from being displayed when the Primary Member is editing their own Roster Profile. The Primary Member will not see these dependants on the Roster Profile Selction window either, when attempting to edit their Roster Profile.

Dependent Dues Class Filter

Checking off any of these Dues Classes will prevent any member who is a dependant, that matches the selected Dues Class, from being displayed in the Roster List

Admin Roster Filters

The Admin Roster Filters will dictate which members or Dependants will be displayed in the Roster List based on the Member Status or Dues Class. These filters will only correspond to Administrator Users.

Admin Roster Status FIlter

Checking off a status will prevent any member matching the selected status from being displayed in the Roster List

Admin Roster Dues Class Filter

Checking off a status will prevent any member matching the selected status from being displayed in the Roster List

Admin Dependant Status Filter

Checking off this option will prevent any member who is a dependant from being displayed in the Roster List

Admin Dependant Dues Class Filter

Checking off a Dues Class will prevent any member matching the selected Dues Class from showing up in the Roster List
