As an administrator, how do I look at a member's statements online?
From the front end of the website access the member roster. If you are not using the member roster feature on your website then click on the 'View Member Statements' / 'Admin Statement Access' button.
Search for the desired member by first or last name. If they are a dependent member who 'bills to' a primary account holder, you'll want to search for the primary account holder's name.
Click the
beside their name to view their statements.
If there is a
instead it means that this member has not yet accessed the website and thus their statement data has not yet been loaded to the website, they'll need to access the website and wait up to two hours before you or they can access their statements online.
If there is no icon beside their name it's because they are a dependent and you'll need to search for their primary account holder's name in order to see their joint statements.
