What can I do if the statement information online and in my back office software don't agree?
You can try running a Statement sync for that member
- Login with your admin account
- Click on your name in top right corner
- Select Switch to Club Central
- Click the Company Management application square
- In the Statement Sync for an Individual Member section enter the start date to indicate how far back you want the data to update for this member up until today’s date
- Example: information is missing from September 10, suggest entering the start date for the start of the month. September 1
- Enter their full member number and click Start
