What can I do if the statement information online and in my back office software don't agree?

You can try running a Statement sync for that member
  1. Login with your admin account
  2. Click on your name in top right corner
  3. Select Switch to Club Central
  4. Click the Company Management application square
  5. In the Statement Sync for an Individual Member section enter the start date to indicate how far back you want the data to update for this member up until today’s date
    • Example: information is missing from September 10, suggest entering the start date for the start of the month. September 1
  6. Enter their full member number and click Start
