Jonas Club Management
There are 2 different methods to upload a List to the Email Marketing Module. Those methods include Report Generator and List Generator.
Report Generator
The Report Generator application allows a List to be created and uploaded to the Email Marketing Module from the results of a report generated in Jonas Club Management. In order to create and upload this List, follow these steps:
- Login to Jonas Club Management.
- Club Management > Reports > Report Gen: Design.
- Select Club code from drop-down list.
- Report Code - Select from available reports or double-click ** Another Report Design ** to start a new one.
- Data - Click on the 3 dots to add a field to be included in the report. The Report Generator Codes dialog box, will list all the codes to choose from.
- Double-click to select the field to be added to the report.
- Click 3 dots in next column to continue adding data fields into the report. Note: the report must include the First Name, Last Name (Surname) and Email Address fields.
- Once all the fields in the report are selected, click on the Conditions button at the top right.

- In the Report Conditions dialog box,
- Add any conditions if applicable.
- Select the checkbox beside This report will generate a ClubHouse Online EMM email list.
- Click OK to save.

- Click Print to run the report. If this step is not completed then the contacts in the report will not upload to the Email Marketing module after the next export.
- Click OK to save the settings.
- Wait for next EMM Export Utility to be completed. This will communicate the report information once into the list. If the report changes and has new contacts. The report will have to be printed again and wait for the export to complete.
To View the List generated using the Report Generator
- Log in to website and access Email Marketing Module.
- Select Lists and Segments > Mailing Lists from the left navigation.
- Title of the Report created in JCM will be added as a new list in the email marketing module.
List Generator
The Member List Generator allows a list to be created with the Point of Sale, sales values criteria selected. These lists can also be uploaded to the Email Marketing Module for the purpose of sending Email Campaigns. In order to upload this list the Email Marketing module, follow theses steps:
- Login to Jonas Club Management.
- Point of Sale System > Sales & revenue Reports > Member List Generator.
- In the Member List Generator dialog box:
- Partition - Click magnifying glass to select Partition.
- List Code - Select from available codes or double-click ** Add another List Code ** to start a new one.
- Configure the parameters to generate the report.
- Click Conditions from right menu options.
- In the Report Conditions dialog box,
- Add any conditions if applicable.
- Select the checkbox beside This report will generate a ClubHouse Online EMM email list.
- Click OK to save.
- Click Generate List to run the report. If this step is not completed then the contacts in the report will not upload to the Email Marketing module after the next export.
- Click Print to save the report.
- Wait for next EMM Export Utility to be completed. This will communicate the report information once into the list. If the report changes and has new contacts. The report will have to be printed again and wait for the export to complete.
To View the List generated using the Report Generator
- Log in to website and access Email Marketing Module.
- Select Lists and Segments > Mailing Lists from the left navigation.

CSG ClubSelect
The Export Utility allows the club to create a defined set of member lists which can be exported to the Email Marketing Module. These lists include:
Upload Member List from Export CSV File
To import a list of members for different activities at the club to be uploaded to Email Marketing, import a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet. These spreadsheets must be formatted to remove any page headers or footers. The file needs to contain at least a member number and member name and must be saved as a .CSV file. In order to upload the Member List, follow these steps:
- From the club server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop.
- Click on the Continue button to access the Export Utility Application.
- Click on the tab labelled Upload Email List.
- Click on the 'Upload Member List from Exported CSV file' button.
- Click on the Browse button to select the CSV file to upload from the clubs network.
- Type in a name for the list in the 'Upload List Name' field.
- To preview the members that will be uploaded as a list to Email Marketing Module, click on the Preview button.
- Once satisfied with the list of members to be uploaded, click on the Upload List button.
Member List by Spending
The Export Utility will allow the club to create a list of members based on their spending habits. In order to upload a Member List based on spending habits, follow these steps:
- From the club server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop.
- Click on the Continue button to access the Export Utility Application.
- Click on the tab labelled Upload Email List.
- Click on the 'Upload Member List by Spending' button.
- Define the Spending Criteria for the members that will appear on the list.
- Type in a name for the list in the 'Upload List Name' field.
- To preview members that will be uploaded as a list to the Email Marketing Module, click on the Preview button.
- Once satisfied with the list of members to be uploaded, click on the Upload List button.
Member List from Minimum
The Export Utility will allow the club to create a list of members based on the Minimum Spending plan in which they participate. In order to upload a Member List based on their spending plan, follow these steps:

- From the club server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop.
- Click on the Continue button to access the Export Utility Application.
- Click on the tab labelled Upload Email List.
- Click on the 'Upload Member List from Minimum button.
- Select the Minimum Plan.
- Select the Billing Period.
- Define the Unspent Minimum information for the members to appear on the list.
- Type in a name for the list in the 'Upload List Name' field.
- To preview the members that will be uploaded as a list to the Email Marketing Module, click on the Preview button.
- Once satisfied with the list of members to be uploaded, click on the Upload List button.
Upload List from Aging
The Export Utility will allow the club to create a list of members based on their Aged Balances. In order to upload a Member List based on their Aged Balances, follow these steps:

- From the club server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop.
- Click on the Continue button to access the Export Utility Application.
- Click on the tab labelled Upload Email List.
- Click on the 'Upload Member List from Aging' button.
- Select the Billing Period.
- Select the Receivables.
- Select the Aging Bucket to be considered and the threshold to determine by which the members should be included within the list.
- Type in a name for the list in the 'Upload List Name' field.
- To preview the members that will be uploaded as a list to the Email Marketing Module, click on the Preview button.
- Once satisfied with the list of members to be uploaded, click on the Upload List button.
Upload Member List from Member Group
To upload a list of members based on the Member Group in which they participate, the Export Utility will allow the club to upload this type of list to the Email Marketing Module. In order to create and upload this list, follow these steps:

- From the club server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop.
- Click on the Continue button to access the Export Utility Application.
- Click on the tab labelled Upload Email List.
- Click on the 'Upload Member List from Member Group' button.
- Select the Member Group in which the members on the list must be apart of.
- Type in a name for the list in the 'Upload List Name' field.
- To preview the members that will be uploaded as a list to the Email Marketing Module, click on the Preview button
- Once satisfied with the list of members to be uploaded, click on the Upload List button.
Upload List from Committee
To upload a list of members based on the Committee in which they participate, the Export Utility will allow the club to upload this type of list to the Email Marketing Module. In order to create and upload this list, follow these steps:

- From the club server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop.
- Click on the Continue button to access the Export Utility Application.
- Click on the tab labelled Upload Email List.
- Click on the 'Upload Member List from Committees' button.
- Select the Committee in which the members on the list must be apart of.
- Type in a name for the list in the 'Upload List Name' field.
- To preview the members that will be uploaded as a list to the Email Marketing Module, click on the Preview button
- Once satisfied with the list of members to be uploaded, click on the Upload List button.
Upload Member List from Billing Plan
The Export Utility will allow the club to create a list of members based on their participation in a particular Billing Plan. In order to create and upload this list, follow these steps:

- From the club server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop.
- Click on the Continue button to access the Export Utility Application.
- Click on the tab labelled Upload Email List.
- Click on the 'Upload Member List from Billing Plan' button
- Select Bill Plan Type.
- Based on the Bill Plan Type, select the Bill Plan.
- Type in a name for the list in the 'Upload List Name' field.
- To preview the members that will be uploaded as a list to the Email Marketing Module, click on the Preview button
- Once satisfied with the list of members to be uploaded, click on the Upload List button.
CSG ClubConnect
The Export Utility allows the club to create a defined set of member lists which can be exported to the Email Marketing Module. These lists include:
Upload Member List from Export CSV File

Upload Member List by Spending
The Export Utility will allow the club to create a list of members based on their spending habits. In order to upload a Member List based on spending habits, follow these steps:

- From the club server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop.
- Click on the Continue button to access the Export Utility Application.
- Click on the tab labelled Upload Email List.
- Click on the 'Upload Member List by Spending' button.
- Define the Spending criteria for the members that will appear on the list.
- Select members from the top or bottom.
- Select the Number of Spenders that will appear on the list.
- Select the Billing Period.
- Specify if the list will be based on Revenue Code or Revenue Category.
- Set the Spending Amount threshold for the list.
- Type in a name for the list in the 'Upload List Name' field.
- To preview the members that will be uploaded as a list to Email Marketing Module, click on the Preview button.
- Once satisfied with the list of members to be uploaded, click on the Upload List button.
Upload Member List from Minimum
The Export Utility will allow the club to create a list of members based on the minimum spending plan in which they participate. In order to upload a Member List based on their spending plan, follow these steps:

- From the club server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop.
- Click on the Continue button to access the Export Utility Application.
- Click on the tab labelled Upload Email List.
- Click on the 'Upload Member List from Minimum button.
- Select the Minimum Plan.
- Select the Billing Period.
- Define the Unspent Minimum information for the members to appear on the list.
- Type in a name for the list in the 'Upload List Name' field.
- To preview the members that will be uploaded as a list to the Email Marketing Module, click on the Preview button.
- Once satisfied with the list of members to be uploaded, click on the Upload List button.
Upload List from Aging
The Export Utility will allow the club to create a list of members based on their Aged Balances. In order to upload a Member List based on their Aged Balances, follow these steps:

- From the club server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop.
- Click on the Continue button to access the Export Utility Application.
- Click on the tab labelled Upload Email List.
- Click on the 'Upload Member List from Aging' button.
- Select the Billing Period.
- Select the Receivables.
- Select the Aging Bucket to be considered and the threshold to determine by which the members should be included within the list.
- Type in a name for the list in the 'Upload List Name' field.
- To preview the members that will be uploaded as a list to the Email Marketing Module, click on the Preview button.
- Once satisfied with the list of members to be uploaded, click on the Upload List button.
Upload List from Billing Options
The Export Utility will allow the club to create a list of members based on their participation in a particular Billing Plan. In order to create and upload this list, follow these steps:

- From the club server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop.
- Click on the Continue button to access the Export Utility Application.
- Click on the tab labelled Upload Email List.
- Click on the 'Upload Member List from Billing Options' button.
- Select Plan Type.
- Based on the Plan Type, select the Plan.
- Select the Filter Code and the associated Value to set the criteria.
- Type in a name for the list in the 'Upload List Name' field.
- To preview the members that will be uploaded as a list to the Email Marketing Module, click on the Preview button.
- Once satisfied with the list of members to be uploaded, click on the Upload List button.
Encore
The option to upload a list automatically by generating a report is not available for clubs using the Encore Accounting System. Instead, use the import option from the Email Marketing Module to add the list, by following these steps.
- Use Encore report to generate list of contacts.
- Log in to website and access Email Marketing Module.
- Select Contacts > Manage Contacts from the left navigation.
- Click Import Contacts and follow steps to upload the list.
