How to run Dining Reservation report from JAM/Encore?

1. Login to JAM/Encore
2. Select Dining Reservations Tab
3. Select the Dining Reservation in the Reports section
4. Report Parameters (Optional) - Select the fields of information you would like to display with checkmark
   • Facilities
   • Start and End Date
   • Report Format
   • Group By
   • Include Attribute/Notes: check box - to see booking notes
   • Include Resources: only if club has resources set up
   • Include Preferences
   • Include Member Number
   • Reservation Status
   • Reservation Source
5. Click Generate

Information with the parameters selected will be generated.

Common options after the report is generated

1. When you are done viewing click close button
2. Click on the Printer icon to print the report
3. Click on the disk icon with green plus sign to export to one of these formats
   • Excel
   • PDF
   • WORD
