How to sync changes made in JAM/Encore Dining to website?

To ensure that setup changes made in Jonas Activity Management or Encore Dining are synchronized with the online dining module on the website follow these steps.
  1. Login to Jonas Activity Management or Encore
  2. Dining Reservations > Dining Settings > Club House Online tab
  3. Click Synchronize CHO Data button
  4. Click Yes to proceed - in a minute there should be a message indicating that it was successful
  5. Login to website and navigate to the dining page - some of the changes will be visible and some will not take into effect until a booking is made.
