Activity Management
The number of available Courts displayed online, directly corresponds to the number of Court Facilities that have been allocated to the Courts Module in Activity Management.

General Facility Settings
Main Information
- Facility Description - This is the label that will be displayed for this Facility for the ClubHouse Online Court Scheduler page.
- Facility Display Name - This is the label that will be visible for this Facility on the Activity Management Court Sheet.
Facility Settings - Court Booking Details
In order for a Facility to be available for the Court Booking module, the checkbox marked 'This Facility can be reserved for Court Bookings' must be checked off. Once the Facilty has been made available to the Court Booking module, all of the settings listed below will become available for configuration.
Court Details
- Court Type - This setting dictates what Court type will be associated to the corresponding Court Facility.
Booking Time Settings
- Override Court Type Fixed Schedule - This setting will allow you to override the Fixed Schedule that has been previously setup for the corresponding Court Type.
Note: This setting will only be configurable if the Court Type assigned to this facility is utilizing a Fixed Schedule.
- Fixed Schedule - The setup of a Fixed Schedule in Activity Management will allow you to control two options online:
- Control of the time slot availability at specific times of the day as well as on specific days of the week.
- Control of the minimum and maximum amount of time slots than can be reserved within a specific time of the day.
Hours of Operation
- Override Court Type Hours - This setting will allow clubs to override the Hours of Operation that have been setup in the associated Court Type.
- Operation Hours - From this tab you can control the hours that courts are open.
Note: The Hours of Operation will not dictate what times are available online, but they will control the timeframe in which the Courts are open and closed.
- Set hours by time of year - This setting allows clubs to configure different Hours of Operation for specific dates during the year.
Encore
The number of available Courts displayed online, directly corresponds to the number of Court Facilities that have been allocated to the Courts Module in Encore.

General Facility Settings
Main Information
- Facility Description - This is the label that will be displayed for this Facility for the ClubHouse Online Court Scheduler page.
- Facility Display Name - This is the label that will be visible for this Facility on the Encore Court Sheet.
In order for a particular Court to appear online, they must have a check box marked Court, checked off. This is checked off in the profile underneath the Court Booking tab.
Facility Settings - Court Booking Details
