How to Use the Event Link

Each event created within Event Management will have its own Event Link. This link can be used to create a direct link to the event through an email blast or from another page on the ClubHouse online website. This makes it easier for members to access a specific event instead of having to find it on the event calendar.

To access the link to an event

  1. Log in to the club's ClubHouse Online website with an Administrator user account and access Club Central.
  2. From within Club Central, click Planet icon (Open Application List) at the top left.
  3. Select Modules > Event Management from the Applications list. 
  4. Select Manage Events from the left navigation.
  5. Find event, in the same row click the chain link icon to access link to event. 
  6. The Event Link dialog box will display, scroll down to find the unique URL link that has been created for the event.
  7. Select all the text for the URL link.
  8. Press the 'CTRL' and letter 'C' keys on the keyboard to copy the URL link.
  9. Click Close to close the Event Link dialog box.
  10. Paste the link where members should be able to access the event through an email blast or from another page on the ClubHouse online website.


Once a member clicks on the link, they will be brought to the Event Details page directly after they login to access the club's ClubHouse online website.
