Managing the Event Registrant List
Administrators have the ability to see the list of members who have registered for an event and manage that list in the
Manage Events section. They can update the registration, cancel an entire booking, cancel the booking for an individual person and change answers to additional questions.
To view and manage the registration list
- Select Manage Events from the left navigation.
- Find event name in table.
- Click on the number in the Total Att. column. The Total Att. column will display the number of people already registered for the event.

Items that will be found in the
Manage Event Registration window.
- Add Booking button - Administrators can add new registrants to the event. For more details see How to Register a Member for an Event.
- View Report button - Administrators have the ability to view and download reports for all registration events. For more details see Booking Report
- Event Details - This section lists the name of the event, date, event registration limit (max capacity), total registrants that are registered and space available in event.
- Booking # - Will be listed chronologically with the first person registered at the top with the lower booking number.
- Person Booked - Name of member(s) or guest(s) that are registered for the event.
- Cancel button - When there is more than one person in a booking number, individuals could be removed from a booking number by clicking on the Cancel button.
- Update Reg button - Make changes to the booking number, add or remove registrants, change answers to additional questions if they were part of the event. If the event start time has already taken place the Update Reg buttons will no longer display.
- Click on the green Update Reg button.
- In the Update Booking window, Make the necessary updates to the booking.
- Click on the blue Update Reg button to save changes. If the Update Reg button is not visible and instead Continue button is displayed, this indicates that additional questions have been added to this event. Click Continue, make changes and the blue Update Reg button will be displayed.
- Close button could be used to no changes have to be made for the booking number.
- Cancel Booking button can be used to cancel the entire booking from the Update booking window.

- If there are additional questions to answer and the number of registrants need to be adjusted, click the Registration button, to go back to the previous screen.
- Cancel Booking button - Cancel everyone that is in the booking number.
- If there was a cancellation policy set up, text will be displayed in red.
- Click Yes, cancel booking to complete the cancellation
- Note - View notes that were entered by the member or administrator when a booking was completed.
- Internal Notes - View internal notes that were entered by administrators a booking was completed.
Note: If Notify Members is turned on, then member and/or guests will receive an email notification anytime a booking is edited or cancelled.
