How to Filter the Event Calendar
When a club has many events taking place at the club, it could be difficult to find a specific event on the calendar. Members could customize their view of the Event Calendar page by searching the event by name or changing filters.
Search event name: As the event name is typed in the search box, only events that match will remain on the calendar
Filter: Click Filter to show different filter options available
- Registration Status
- Show all events - This displays all events that have been published
- Registrable only - Only show registration events that have been published
- Booking Types (optional if club enabled this filter) - Member can easily see their upcoming bookings from other modules directly on the Event Calendar, without going into My Bookings tab.
- This is only applicable if club has additional ClubHouse Online booking modules (Appointment Booking, Class Scheduling, Courts, Dining, Tee Times)
- Categories: Members can easily find categories they are interested in.
- Ex. Social, Dining, Fitness
- Gender: Find gender specific events, if club created events with restrictions
- Ex. Female Fitness class
- No Preference
- Male only
- Female only
- Show Event Time (month view only) - In the Week and List view the start and end times will always display in from of the event name
- Yes - Event start time will display in front of event name
- No - No time will display in front of event name
- Location - Members can easily find events based on the room/location it will be taking place in.
- Guests - Find events that either allow or do not allow guests
- No Preference - All events will display
- Yes - Events for members and guests will display, the add guest button will display when making a registration
- No - Events are members only, the add guest button will be hidden when making a registration
- RESET - Bottom right corner - Remove all filters for all events to display
When swim is typed in the Search Event Name all the other events will be hidden from the calendar.
