How to Download the Event Calendar

​Members can sync the events taking place on the Club Event Calendar to their personal calendar, for the next 3 or 6 months. If there are any new events these will not update on their personal calendar. Or they can set up a Subscription which will update daily to include new events at the club as well as new bookings they register for.
Note: New reservations and cancellations will take up to 24 hours to update on the calendar, if a subscription is set up.

Steps to set up Sync or Subscription
The steps are the same for both a sync or subscription until step 4.
  1. Login to website and navigate to the online calendar page
  2. Click SYNC
  3. Check email (inbox or junk box), if email is found in junk box move to inbox, otherwise the ics files will not be accessible to setup the sync
    • The from email test@test.com can be edited by going to the Event Management > Configuration - Default Settings - Sender's Email 
  4. From the email, the calendar can be set up as a SYNC or a Subscription
    • To SYNC the calendar 
      • Select the 3 or 6 month ics file
      • Select Open
      • all the events happening in the next 3 or 6 months are added to the personal calendar, image below is how the first month appears in Outlook
      • Note: Members will not be aware of any changes that were made to an event details unless they download another ICS file.
    • To set up Subscription
      • Click on the Subscription URL in the email and follow the steps on your computer/mobile device to complete the setup
        • under the subscription link are additional instructions to assist with the set up based on the calendar for it to sync to Google, Outlook or Mac​​​
