How to Configure My Buddies and Groups

Manage Buddies and Groups allows users to create a list of favorite individual members, guests, or a mixed group of members and guests that can be added to a booking quickly and easily. When making a booking, instead of searching for other players, users can click on Buddies to access a list of favorite members and guests.

To access the Manage Buddies and Groups section, click on the associated menu at the top of the Tee Sheet navigation, or via the Roster / Member Directory. For instructions on how to add/remove buddies or groups, click on the associated tab below:

Managing Buddies


The user can manage buddies associated with their user account. Buddies can be added and removed via the Manage Buddies and Groups section on the Tee Sheet, or the Roster. See instructions below on how Buddies can be added or removed.

Adding A Buddy On Desktop


  1. Navigate to the Manage Buddies and Groups section
  2. Click on the ADD BUDDY button
  3. Select ADD MEMBER TO BUDDIES or ADD GUEST TO BUDDIES
  4. Search for desired Member by typing in their name. Click the + icon associated with a specific member to add as buddy.
  5. Confirm the addition of buddy by clicking YES, ADD
  6. A green prompt appears confirming that member is now added to buddies

Adding A Buddy on Mobile

  1. Navigate to the Manage Buddies and Groups section
  2. Click on the black and white + icon at the bottom of the page to begin adding a buddy.
  3. Select ADD MEMBER TO BUDDIES or ADD GUEST TO BUDDIES
  4. Search for desired Member by typing in their name. Click the + icon associated with a specific member to add as buddy.
  5. Confirm the addition of buddy by clicking YES, ADD
  6. A green prompt appears confirming that member is now added to buddies

Removing A Buddy

 
  1. Navigate to the Manage Buddies and Groups section
  2. Under the Buddies section, locate the desired name to be removed
  3. Click on the X icon associated with the name
  4. Confirm removal by clicking "YES, REMOVE"
  5. A green prompt appears confirming the removal

Managing Groups

The user can create and manage groups under their accounts. Groups can be created, deleted, or renamed. Other members and guests can be added to the users group to be available for fast tee time booking in the future. 

For example, if Alex Smith frequently plays with Jane Smith, John Ackerman and Susan Ackerman, she can create a group consisting of Jane, John, and Susan so that she does not have to search and add them each time a tee time booking is made. She can then select the group when making the tee time reservation. 

Add Members to Group

 
  1. Navigate to the Manage Buddies and Groups section
  2. Click on Create Group to create a new group (if Group already exists, skip step 2 and 3)
  3. Type a name for the group and click SAVE
  4. Under the Groups column, access the desired group by clicking its name
  5. Click ADD MEMBERS AND/OR GUESTS button to begin adding a member to the group
  6. Search for a member by typing in their name in the Search members field
  7. Click on the + icon associated with the member
  8. Confirm addition of member to Group by selecting CONTINUE
  9. A Green prompt appears stating member has been added to group

Removing Member from Group

 
  1. Navigate to the desired group
  2. Click on the X icon associated with the member to removed from group
  3. Click on YES, REMOVE to confirm removal of member from group
  4. A Green prompt appears at bottom advising of members removal from group
