Viewing the Online Tee Sheet
The Online Tee Times module allows members to navigate through the tee sheet in order to find and book available tee times. When navigating the Online Tee Times Reservation module, users are presented with
FOUR NAVIGATION TABS located at the top.
On a
DESKTOP type screen, the menu will appear at the top of the Tee Times module page.
On a
MOBILE type screen, the menu appears by clicking on the Tee Times Mobile menu icon (⋮) - represented by three vertical dots.
The
TEE SHEET tab allows the user to view the tee sheets, search for open tee times, and make tee time lottery requests
The
GROUP BOOKINGS tab is a separate section configured to allow users to create group bookings whereby multiple tee times can be selected and booked in one reservation.
The
MY BOOKINGS section allows the user to view and manage the specific reservations associated with their account.
The
MANAGE BUDDIES AND GROUPS tab allows the user to view, edit or add other members as favorites for quick use in future bookings.
Selecting Dates
Within the TEE SHEET section, users have the option to search for open times by submitting any combination of date, time range, and golf course. The system will then return the results of the search.
There are two methods for date selection on the tee sheet:
- The top of the tee sheet displays a row of days available for selection. The user can select a desired date from this section or use the arrows on the right and left side to scroll through available days.
- Click on the SELECT DATE button to reveal a calendar of available days. The user can select a desired day by clicking on it within the calendar.
Additional Filters
The user can further filter the tee sheet display by modifying the following options:
The GOLF COURSE dropdown option allows the user to select the times for which golf course will be displayed. If ALL COURSES is selected, tee times from all available golf courses will display.
The TIME dropdown option will allow the user to select a time range to search for:
- Morning filter applies earliest time in the sheet to 12:00 p.m (noon).
- Afternoon filter applies from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Evening filter applies from 5:00 p.m. until the last tee time in the sheet.
The SHOW dropdown option will allow the user to select whether to display all times or only those that are available for booking.
