Reservation Detail Options
The intervals in which the available timeslots in Activity Management and on ClubHouse Online are displayed stem from this setting found in Activity Management. The interval setting has two available options: 15 minutes or 30 minute intervals. Changing this setting will update both Activity Management Reservations and ClubhouseOnline Reservations.
ClubHouse Online
ClubHouse Online Settings
This section of Dining Settings controls the synchronization between Activity Management and ClubHouse Online.
- Enable CHO Synchronization – Determines whether or not the Activity Management Dining Module is integrated to the ClubHouse Online Dining Module
- Synchronize CHO Data – Initiates the manual synchronization of all dining settings, table availability, turn rates, meal periods and booking restrictions.
Booking In Advance Restrictions
- Minimum – The minimum number of days in advance a booking must be made.
- Maximum – The maximum number of days in the future a member will be able to complete a booking for.
Note: Restrictions can be set in either days or hours. A setting of "0" days for the Minimum, is the equivelant of the same day.

ClubHouse Online Settings
This section of Dining Settings controls the synchronization between Encore and ClubHouse Online.
- Enable CHO Synchronization – Determines whether or not the Encore Dining Module is integrated to the ClubHouse Online Dining Module
- Synchronize CHO Data – Initiates the manual synchronization of all dining settings, table availability, turn rates, meal periods and booking restrictions.
