Activity Management
Table Types in Activity Management define what type of seating options are available. Table types will usually be defined by shape and party size. The party size parameter specified here will dictate how many people each table will accommodate. Table Types will not be seen by your members but when searching for availability online, these parameters will be utilized to complete a booking.
The settings in Activity Management for each table type are broken down into 3 sections which are seats, minimum cover and maximum cover. The parameter for seats directly states which party size this table falls under. The minimum and maximum covers will control a table's availability.
Example:
If you have a Table Type that seats 4 and you set the minimum cover to 2, this will allow any tables using that table type configuration to be listed as available when attempting to book online with a party size of 2. An additional setting that is specified here is the Turn Rate that will apply to the Table Type.
Encore
