Activity Management
Dining Tables represent the number of tables that your club has or that can fit into a specific facility. Each table listed in this section is given a number and associated to a specific facility. This allows Activity Management to determine what tables are available for booking and the online module to determine which tables should be taken into account when conducting an availability search.
The configuration of each Table requires the following parameters to be chosen.
- Table Type – Which Table Type Configuration will be applied to the Table.
- Facility – Which Facility this table is associated with.
- Default Turn Rate – This is an override that can be used instead of the Turn Rate associated with the Table Type. If no Turn Rate is chosen then the Table Type’s Turn Rate will be used.
- Table Number – The number that is given to the table to distinguish it from the others.
- Active – Whether this table is available to be booked or not.
- Override Table Type – Whether you wish to override the Table Type settings for:
- Seats
- Minimum Covers
- Maximum Covers
